this looks like the Karmen Necklace that was posted years ago thru Souring Eagle a bead site that had this pattern that was posted by a beader thru Homestead wihich is no longer in use. Please note I found this pattern thru Bead pattern and a beader had this pattern for sale when it was free, I wrote to them and their response I suggest you find a site that has this pattern for free.
