When I try downloading any one of the patterns, the server directs me to download to mobile phone. What I need is a hardcopy so that I can take my time to slowly do the necklace that I like. I’ve tried many times, but when I click download (thinking it will download the pattern) it still goes to download to mobile.

Know it’s a bit late but I’m the same way- I just need that harcopy for notations, reminders for next time, etc, etc, etc.
Unfortunately, you have to save the image to your computer or whatever. But the good news is that you can then print it out at your leisure.
