Orubis lives in Latvia and makes beautiful embroidered jewellery.
It might not look it but all jewellery things above are literally made from the pages of usual paper books. Artist Jeremy May has devised a process for transforming books into jewelry using a “unique laminating process.”
He makes hos littlefly jewellery made by laminating hundreds sheets of paper together, then carefully finishing to a high gloss. The paper is selected and carefully removed from a book, and the jewellery re-inserted in the excavated space. Each thing is unique and impossible to replicate.
Natalie (Spirys) makes a wonderful jewellery for eyelashes. She uses glass beads and wire, so it is lightweight but very durable. It can be worn again and again using regular eyelash glue.
