Lovely necklace. Also I really appreciate that the photo is of someone wearing the necklace. That gives a much clearer idea of what the necklace looks like in person.
After looking at the design diagram, I would recommend using Fireline in 8 lb. I haven’t made this, but I would guess that you will need about 3 yards of line.
The line gets “folded” in half and then you attach a needle to each end. I call this weaving method “crossweaving” since you pass the 2 ends through the same bead in opposite directions -(the 4mm crystals).
The diagram shows a simple seed bead loop at each end. To attach a clasp you have 2 choices.
1. Add a jump ring to each end loop and attach each half of the clasp to one of the jump rings.
2. When making the loop, add half the recommended beads in the loop(3-4), slip one side of the clasp on the thread, add the rest of the beads to the loop and close it.
Be sure when you make the end loops that you go through the beads 2 or 3 times to strengthen it.
Hope this makes the design a little clearer for beginners.

This us not a pattern that can be used for beginners. Does not show what stringing material to use or how to begin and end this necklace.
It’s true, and I don’t understand if you need one or two needles.
