Lovely! A very unique “Art Deco” design.
I would wear them with leather brown shoes and hbandag of the same colour. They remind me a lot time when I was at the secondary school. great idea to choose them as a prize.:-)

For the bugle beads use size 4 and make sure there are no sharp ends. This necklace will curl on its own.
Bugles about 40 grams
Seed beads about 30 grams
