Free pattern for beautiful beaded bracelet Blue Star with twin two holes seed beads by Viktoria Rumiantzeva
gorgeous, where can i find the two hole beads
wanda there are a million places to buy them online, they will be called twin beads (from myuki) or superduos (czech), as well as any decent bead store will carry them. it looks like they used the twins in the pic above, superduos are slightly different but will still work in the bracelet. happy beading.
I would LOVE to try this pattern, but im VERY pattern challenged & do not understand how to transition from one piece to another (if you start each star in the middle how in the world to you go from the side of a finished one to the middle to start again??? >_<). Can someone post an add on or something for me if you have a moment please?
merci pour ces jolis schémas.irmgard
Beautiful. I’m very smart but I need words in my instructions. I can’t understand this pattern.
merci pour ce superbe schemas !
Beaded Browbands..I had exactly the same question. The only way I can figure it out in my own head is start a new unit and then attach when you get to the outside row of twin beads incorporating the twin from the first unit..but that can’t be right. Looks like I may end up with earrings instead..lol
I have started this bracelet completed the first section but I am now struggling to see how to connect the sections have you had any luck in making it?
It looks like from the pattern, that the last of the twin beads is shared with the next star in the chain. I plan on making the first star, and then the second one upto the last twin bead and connect the first star. I know that doesn’t make sense in writing but it does in my head
When I think about it now, if you just start your second ring from the center point and when you get to the point you are adding the outer ring, pick up the whole first component instead of a single bead where the join bead is..does this make sense? Gonna try it today and see.
I’m coming into this late and I have not tried to make this bracelet, but I thought I’d add my two cents for others who might read these comments and get frightened off. I believe it is probably just like RAW – you just start the new section off the one you completed. In RAW you begin with 4 main beads but after that you only add 3 because you’re using a bead from the last section you created as one of your beads in your new section. I hope this helps.
I just made one of these flowers and it is exactly one inch across. Maybe I stitch loose, but it would then seem it would take seven to make a bracelet, yet the photo shows eleven. I am having the same problem as everyone else figuring out how to continue from one to the next. Only thing I can figure us make each separately and join at the end.
There are a couple of different producers if two-hole beads that resemble twins or superduos. Unfortunately they are not all sized the same. That may be why your components are appearing to be larger than the one in the pattern.
