It might not look it but all jewellery things above are literally made from the pages of usual paper books. Artist Jeremy May has devised a process for transforming books into jewelry using a “unique laminating process.”

He makes hos littlefly jewellery made by laminating hundreds sheets of paper together, then carefully finishing to a high gloss. The paper is selected and carefully removed from a book, and the jewellery re-inserted in the excavated space. Each thing is unique and impossible to replicate.

I just have too like this one, it’s simply too clever not to. I really love the way that it also lets you keep books that may have had a special meaning to you through out your life even closer to your artistic journey, by using it to make one of your pieces. I love this medium and the beatiful pieces of jewelry it yielded this artist’s imagination.
